I cover Although On-Call Services has re-directed its focus on state constable services, I realize there are many past customers that still exist and may need assistance with parts and service for products they have purchased from me in the past. I still try to keep in contact with my past customers and urge them to contact me with anything they may need so I may be able to help them stay safe in their homes. I still offer parts and service on these products. Products like the LogicMark Guardian Alert or Freedom Alert Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), and the General Electric 9-1-1 Light Switch.

I still carry various other safety products like the Vault Lock Emergency Key Lock Box, which will alert a caregiving spouse or family member that a door or window has been opened.
